焦点解决护理模式 在初产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果
[ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨焦点解决护理模式在初产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果。 方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 2 月临沂市妇幼保健院收治的 120 例产后出血初产妇作为研究对象，开荒保洁13825404095按照护理方法的不同分为观察 组（60 例，焦点解决护理模式）、对照组（60 例，传统护理模式），比较两组的负面情绪、生活质量评分、护理总 满意率。 结果 护理前，两组负面情绪评分、生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；护理后，两 组负面情绪评分均降低，生活质量评分均升高，且观察组负面情绪评分低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照 组（P < 0.05）。观察组护理总满意率高于对照组（P < 0.05）。 结论 焦点解决护理模式在初产妇产后出血 护理中的应用效果较好，能够提高产妇的生活质量，缓解负面情绪，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of solution-focused nursing model in the nursing of primiparas with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 120 primiparas with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into observation group (60 cases, solution-focused nursing model) and control group (60 cases, traditional nursing model). The negative emotions, quality of life score and total satisfaction rate of nursing in the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in negative emotion scores and quality of life score between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, both groups had lower negative emotion scores and higher quality of life score, and the observation group had lower negative emotion scores than the control group, but higher quality of life score than the control group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application effect of solution-focused nursing model in the nursing of primiparas with postpartum hemorrhage is good, which can improve the quality of life of primiparas, alleviate negative emotions, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
