Feedback for Improvement
Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts. I believe FundingTicks has great potential, but there are a few areas that could be significantly improved to enhance the trader experience.
First and most importantly, the delay in receiving the funded account credentials after passing the challenge is a serious issue. While firms like MyFundedFutures, Topstep, and TakeProfitTrader provide access to the funded account by the next day — sometimes even within hours — FundingTicks takes up to 48 hours. This delay is excessive and disrupts the trading momentum. I strongly suggest automating this process, as other firms have done successfully.
Second, while the One account is a good concept, it feels almost identical to what MyFundedFutures already offers. What could really differentiate FundingTicks is improving the Pro+ account structure. Requiring a buffer zone is quite punitive and adds unnecessary limitations for traders. It would be more attractive to remove or significantly adjust that requirement.
Again, I appreciate the work you’re doing, but these improvements — especially speeding up funded account delivery — would greatly increase trader satisfaction and position FundingTicks more competitively in the market.
And u guys Can work in more affordable óptions like (fundednext (rápid funded challenge)
And for affiliates u can do the same as fundednext (start with ranks) based on amount of affiliates like (10% then 12% then 15% then 18% top like then (like an inncentive based on the effort (permanent) like above 200 ur Gonna get pay that ammount idk
